Return Policy (No Returns)

Due to the nature of our handmade ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is unique and crafted with care in our studio.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos to cerabow6@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution.
